Dental Help and free clinics

Just Last week I notice I had a Horrible tooth ache !
I am Currently in school and am not working I know I need a lot of work done but I don't have enough money to do it , So thats when I came up with the Idea of going out and  researching  how Would I go about getting
free or very low cost dental care.
